Mr. Woods is an investigative journalist and the author of Sudden Justice: America’s Secret Drone Wars. He heads the Airwars project, which monitors airstrikes against ISIS and other groups in Iraq and Syria, and established and ran the Bureau of Investigative Journalism’s Drones Project.
