Dr. Stringham is the K.W. Davis Professor of Economic Organizations and Innovation at Trinity College in Connecticut. He is the author of the book, Private Governance: Creating Order in Economic and Social Life, and of the articles, Is America Facing a Police Crisis? and America’s Out-of-Control Cop Kill Rate.
